Shipping Methods and Rates

We partner with reliable local courier services to deliver orders within Kenya. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
For deliveries within the East African Community (EAC), expect delivery within 2-5 business days at a flat fee of Ksh 1,500.

International Shipping

We ship globally via DHL. Rates and delivery times depend on your location. Contact our customer care team for specific charges.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details.

In-Store Pickup
